> The grass surface at Highcrest Reserve is being destroyed during the winter months in particular by people exercising their large dogs (never on a leash). This occurs 6-8 times at least every single day wet or fine. We have concerns that the current state of the surface will result in someone being injured. Sadly all the youngsters who normally use the grassed areas in both summer and winter cannot now do so because of both the damage to the surface and all the dogs running freely and uncontrolled. This is not a dog park! Can we please have some control measure put in place at the very least some signage and enforcement. Thankyou ??
