# Rubbish and Bins - General, 63 Gainsborough Street, Hoon Hay, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand

Hoon Hay, Christchurch · filed 26 July 2022 · report 2504617

> Today my yellow bin was not collected due to flooding. It tipped over in the water and I drained out the water as best I could. There were yellow bins out in my street which had roped over. I did not put my bin back in place as the yellow recycling truck had stopped collecting bins. I went to work so I don’t know if the truck was able to work in the flooded areas. I wasn’t able to put my bin back on the kerb as the water was very deep and the bin was unstable especially when cars drive down the road creating a wake
