> several times this winter I have had to clear the drain from debris to allow stormwater to drain, one of those times when the drain grate was completely blocked with debris, there was a huge pool of water on Seafield Rd, approx 20m in diameter, I am also concerned with the width of the drain pipe that is currently under our driveway at 35 Seafield Rd, compared to a lot of water drains in the same area, ours seems significantly smaller and for some reason is made of a completely different material (ie metal as opposed to concrete), I believe this drain has been at this property for over 25-30 years now? I would greatly appreciate if I could discuss this further
