> Dyers pass road was closed today from slips. There are signs at the Charteris bay/Teddington intersection and at the bottom of hackthorne road in cashmere. These signs are not utilised to tell residents and drivers that roads are closed. This afternoon I drove all the way to Sign of the Takahe only to find the road was still closed yet the sign at the bottom of the hill read ‘ice and grit’ Come on CCC please put signs out to help your residents make their commute to work and home again less stressful in extreme weather situations such as this. Very frustrating. Jules
