# Fallen Tree, South Brighton Holiday Park 59 Halsey Street, South New Brighton, Christchurch 8062, New Zealand

South New Brighton, Christchurch · filed 30 July 2022 · report 2512857
https://www.chch.live/report/2512857

> I reported this tree a week ago when it was partially fallen and hung over the track. I hope the council has these trees listed on a risk register somewhere. This stand of pine trees behind the campground is becoming a bigger hazard with each week. I believe it to be dangerous to walk through this section of park when there is a breeze greater than 15kn, with branches down, or hung in the sub-canopy. Most people wouldn't notice, putting them at greater risk of dead branches falling or of a whole tree falling.
