> Water is running down the bank inside the vertical gullies shown in the first and third photos. I believe this water flows under the road into 35 Flinders Rd. The bank that stetches along the western side of Flinders rd backing onto the tunnel road subsides in heavy rain events. This is generally cleaned up by ccc. My concern is the storm water . A retaining wall with proper drainage for storm water would solve both these problems. I tried to take a video or audio recording of the running water but was unable to attach it. I can send these by email if you advise me to. Thanks.
