> I have come off my bike this morning on black ice. Black ice is due to gutters not being cleared from smaller slips in the new concrete gutters and water is running across the road which has now frozen. Please clear all the gutters that you have spent so much money and time closing dyers pass road and about to do again. This way the water can run in the gutters and not across the road and then freeze. Feel free to reimburse me to fix my bent bike. Please also note I have sustained grazing and bruising on my legs and hips due to this avoidable accident if the road had been maintained.
