> I took this photo this morning this is near the Barbadoes st end of Cambridge Terrace this narrow part of the road has a drain that goes down to the Avon river it has been like this since last Tuesday when this part of Cambridge Terrace was closed off between Barbadoes Street and Churchill Street my family and I live in the area, I was walking back from our daughter's school after walking her to school we had to cross the road because when the road narrows and is flooded the path there is still flooded, can someone please come and clear the drain so that the water that is on the path can disappear I know the river is tidal but that shouldn't stop the surface water from draining away I think the drain is blocked, I was standing right next to the puddle on the path when I took this photo this morning
