> Over some time, the fence which the construction company erected on their site at the arts centre appears to have been gradually moved outwards intruding more and more into the footpath. At the narrowest point there is only about 1 meter between the fence and the drainage channel. As an eScooter rider this becomes very difficult to ride safely through as it is an area with a lot of pedestrians. Can you please check the permissions that the contractor has to partially block the footpath and ensure they are operating within those permissions. Thank you!
