> Drainage ditch is blocked and overgrown. Road floods a few times a year with about 300mm of water on the road. This is the ditch on the right hand side of the Governors Bay Teddington Rd coming from Chch. It starts at a bridge in the road just past no 120. It carries on about 200 metres towards the drive for no 154. There is another stretch past that drive. This is about 50 metres until the next drive (Living Springs).
