> Kia Ora CCC and citycare, Corner of Sparks Rd and Shorthorn lane what appears to be the fire hydrant or similar has a leak. As per photo its on the bike lane of Sparks Rd. I spotted it this morning and when I came past this arvo it was still going. Thanks Benn
