> Hi, as you will see from the attached photos we have some serious issues with the road and foot path outside our place at 66 Richmond Hill Rd. You will note that there is significant damage to the area of new seal which has been further damaged by the rain fall of late. You will note that as a result of the rain events a significant crack has developed, this has appeared in the past month. This crack and the poor condition of the road is contributing to an increase in water flow on to our property. We have previously submitted a request for a bund to be placed to deflect water away from our carport. As this is a major Health & Safety issue I request this gets the attention it requires.
