> The contractor who is working down Epsom road has failed to abide by Traffic management rules. We were walking down the fenced off footpath on the road and then had to walk into head on traffic as the contractor had pushed the pedestrian fences together so that we were exposed to oncoming traffic and no safe way to continue walking. The areas of fenced off footpath are not suitable to walk on, uneven and many trip hazards. No STMS on site to guide pedestrians or stop traffic at the point of the non existent pathway.
