> Can we have this unblocked so that Jackson creek can flow again. Blocked where it goes under Collins Street. Would also recommend that the material is removed from site. If left on the bank it will just addd to the material and reblock the water way again. Can this be done before next rain. So my garage does not flood again. Thank you.
