> The manhole cover is loose and it makes a loud clunk whenever a vehicle drives over it. I can't escape it, I can hear it from every room of the house and even out the backyard. It's beginning to drive me insane, it keeps me awake at night and the noise wakes me up in the morning. I can give you the exact asset number tomorrow once I get to work and look at the GIS. Thanks in advance for making my life better! It's so inconsistent that you can't tune it out
