> Hi Per photos attached above, property does not have spoutings on several sides of the house. Rain water runs off and inundates neighboring properties, creating a nuisance. With the extremely heavy rain recently the run-off was non-trivial and caused a nuisance. Spoutings have from memory been missing for a number of years. What options are available for ECAN to help rectify this situation please? Thanks
