> This is a car(reg:PWA249)without an accessibility permit, parked in an accessible parking area. This happened at 4pm 12/08/2022. The owner was not in the car when I took the photo, and the car did not display the accessibility authorization. When the owner returned I realised he was an NZ POST staff and I kindly told him he was parked in the wrong location, but he told me he didn't care and threatened to mind my own business.
