> Further to my previous report I can only assume the sign was put in the middle of the road after the dog that belongs to the owners of the sign ran out in front of a truck at around 5pm. The sign blocking the road is a regular occurrence but isn’t a substitute for having your dog fenced or under effective control, which it’s not. The cul-de-sac is a shared public road and all residents should be able to come and go without makeshift signs in the middle of the road at any time of the day or night causing hazards.
