> Many years ago City Care dug around the drainage manhole in the right of way outside 91 Soleares Ave. We don't know why they did this. They never returned to fill and seal the area they dug up. With the recent rains the fill around the manhole has washed away and it is now loose and moves whenever cars drives over it. It has become dangerous and needs to be fixed urgently. Thank you!
