> This is an earlier photo but weeks after this was taken, thousands of litres of water spill out of it every day. It is so band that the silt and sand is thivk down to a nearby drain and no fought going in it. The power company is aware that the ground has been compromised and have placed a concrete block beside a lamppost to support it. This must be an embarrassment for you. This is my 6th email, next time I'm contacting a city Councillor. Sorry. Its been ongoing for weeks and weeks
