# Facility - General Request, Hawke Street, Canterbury 8083, New Zealand

Christchurch · filed 27 August 2022 · report 2576144

> This toilet door is not suitable for wheelchair access. I find it very difficult to open the door, which is very heavy. Then try to push my Dad in his wheelchair whilst trying to hold the door open, which is trying to close and crush us in the process. It is not safe. Please rectify.
