> Can the pond at Holliss Reserve be tidied up? It's so full of leaves and sludge that it regularly overflows putting potentially toxic algae (and water) on the path which dogs (and people) walk through, also the paths around it are badly damaged with pot holes and tree roots, it is difficult to safely walk past with prams/pushchairs.
