> Hello councilperson This unhitched trailer is back again at Browns Road, it is not currently registered and it appears not to have a warrant of fitness although I couldn’t see that well through the plastic. The trailer seems to be used for advertising. Maybe consideration can be given to applying the law to the owner? ??
