> Road/guttrr damaged and settled significantly with obvious voiding. Grass above has an approximate ankle deep deepression. Potential to worsen from water ingress especially with proximity to stormwater outlet, being in gutter, and being within an area subject to flooding. Outside both a preschool and a communuty cafe/center. Parking spot for access to both with a high percentage of toddlers and elderly regularly using this area.
