> Many people park on linwood ave on the yellow no parking lines alongside median on linwood ave. This blocks the pedestrian view of traffic at the signaled pedestrian crossing. The painted lines are there but underneath leaves when trees lost leaves. Please make people aware that they cannot park adjacent to crossing by removing road / tree debris
