> A large number of the gutters on the dyers pass road are blocked with debri from recent rain and slips causing water running if hill to run across road. Given predicted frosts this will most land likely make road unnecessarily icy. This especially bad on road from sign of the kiwi to governors bay. Any queries please ring me.
