> Hi, the photo shows a section at the rear of Gunwelloe lane off travis country. There is what looks like a permanent concrete structure behind the metal shed. It is very ugly and I wonder if this structure required a consent- I think it may be a toilet block. Owners of this section were paid out and the house demolished/relocated, for some months/years people have been living there in a camper bus. I am pretty tolerant of peoples needs after the EQ but 6 years on I don't think this is acceptable as a permanent camping ground. It is clearly against the covenants of the Travis subdivision and I wondered how it sits with the council rules and regulations.
