> There is a car parked on the footpath. This person parks their car there regularly and as far as I can tell nothing has been done about it (pics are from 7 sept, 26 aug, 22 July). It's often a bit after 6pm so can't call parking, and 105 won't bother unless it's blocking a driveway. Aside from ticketing, it looks like it may help to move the bench in the photo further right (west) to make it more difficult to drive into. The other blocks in this area have small bollards or the benches in a spot that blocks drivers - not sure why this is the exception.
