> I have lodged this several times & nudged in July This rain water drain has been seeping foul smelling water for over a year. The water sometimes looks like its come from a washing machine. It trickles into the storm water drain near Bampton St Also this drain is still blocked between here and Netherby Lane Previously logged by me .
