> The cycle lane in Linwood Ave/ Humphreys Drive has been blocked off for several hundred metres without explanation. This is forcing cyclists on to the carriageway where traffic is doing 70 kph. This feels very unsafe. Please could you put warning signs out to protect cyclists.
