> Hi this is not the first time myself and residents of chardale street have reported this mess. City care have created a real eye sore and damage to the road and berm of crn hulverstone and chardale. This needs a solution right away. Blocking this road off with a permanent barrier was stupid! what is needed on this road is wooden bollards on foot path and riverside edge with a lockable gate across the road like on red zone land , so that vehicles that have approved access can use the road when required via key and not have to drive on footpaths and berms creating this mess. We on chardale street have had enough! If this is not addressed urgently we will be approaching the mayors office. Thank you
