> Willow tree on council land. Bordering my property again another. Large branch has snapped off and landed in my property. This is not the first time this has happened ( reported before ). In my opinion the willow tree is too large / high with branches over hanging my property. It needs a reduction in height as now it is becoming a heath and safety issue due to the large branches splitting off and damaging my property.
