> This is the second time I've needed to report hard rubbish dumped outside this property. A completely unacceptable eye- sore. The owner of this property is the owner of Maxine's Palace restaurant in Lincoln Rd. She has a propensity to dump her unwanted commercial equipment outside my elderly mothers residence Thank you for your prompt attention in dealing with this. Karen Riseley
