> Woken up throughout the night with traffic traveling over loose manhole cover 20 meters from my residence that has hi spec cladding and double glazing to prevent noise pollution. This is the third time I have reported this. Please arrange the contractors that sealed the street to complete their work by packing and sealing around these two manhole covers
