> Urgent CSR 92276819 At 10 am 19 Jul City Care crew and truck was seen at site. At 3.15 pm, no crew or truck seen at site, although there are some barriers in place. Water oozing out and the problem appears worse than at 10 am. Reported to CCC on phone and CSR 92276819 logged. Please attend urgently. Thanks
