> This truck is parked regularly on this S bend forcing traffic to cross into oncoming traffic to pass. This is not a park. It is parking on the road. We have buses trucks and cars up and down the hill - trucks esp with the rebuilds going on and it is so dangerous. You are going up the hill and have to move over on the road into the other side of the road to pass the truck and because it is a S bend you suddenly get a truck bus or car coming around the corner making its way down the hill. The truck parks up for 2-3 week periods goes for a while then comes back. It parks two wheels on the tiny strip of grass and the rest of the truck is on the road itself. This has been going on way too long and is extremely dangerous. More or less opp 30 St Andrews Hill rd.
