> The appalling state of the grass berms in Rose Street is endured every winter and is not to be confused with the mess left by Enable. The problem with the grass berms is so bad that drainage is blocked and residents have started to pave the area themselves. It is long overdue for a solution from the council, afterall isnt this what we pay our rates for?
