> Yet again the road floods outside the properties. This has been reported three times over the last 12-18 months and this still happens. The council are responsible for the city's surface water discharge, this happens every time there is a sustained rainfall. The water is already flooding into the corner plot on Esperance Street and will be into the garage again later today. I will be holding the council liable for any damage to anything on my property, as no action has been taken from any previous reports.
