> Water leaking through road. Causing major safety issue as this occurs where pedestrians cross the road. In the cold weather this has turned to ice. Water is also seeping up between the ashphalt and concrete kerb, and through the soil on the road edge. Serious issue that I think water is getting in the road main service Trench up the road in the new sun division and causing issues for us. Safety first CCC
