> This water has been leaking over the drive and onto our berm for months and months.The owners at 74 Moncks Spur have rung the council about it but nothing has been done. It is a slimy mess and is ruining the grass on the berm. I believe water is tracking under the asphalt and appearing in front of our garage as well where the asphalt is brand new ! Could someone please come urgently to check this and sort out where the source is and sort it out with the property owner.
