> 1) Extend delta maintenance contract to include the area of the open drain and the formed sump along eastern boundary 2) Re-locate the rubbish pile it's far too close to the sump and in winds these clog up/block the drainage grate/sump (relocate rubbish pile please) 3) Clean the drainage sump (suck out). 4) Explore sandleing the second formed drainage sump to this area due to localised flooding.
