> Owner at 37 William Brittan Ave walked to the end of his driveway with his dog, watched it dedicate on the grass berm and then walked inside without removing it even though he plainly saw me watching. When I returned that direction on my walk the poo was still there. Most blatant flouting of the bylaw I've ever seen.
