> Not directly related to parks but an issue with queuing and customer service at pioneer. At the time I took the photo I had waited in a queue for 15mins while the 3 staff dealt with lengthy customer things to do with booking lessons and gym membership. Meanwhile queue got longer and longer. Please could this be looked into. If 2 staff dealt with the lengthy things the people with quick things could get thru or at the very least one could be looking up and dealing with the quick things in between dealing with a longer one . Happy to discus. This is fairly simple queuing theory.
