> Just before our property at 99 Shalamar drive there is a reservoir owned by the council which has a chain preventing people from entering the driveway accessing the reservoir. This morning when I went for a walk I noticed that the chain had been severed and a car was parked up the drive. I've telephoned the police it's clear this person has broken in and damaged council property. From our point of view it is a security issue aps the chain was a decent deterrent to it least stop some people from parking close to us at night. Kris Wooles
