> Ellis track in Heathcote Valley badly needs mowing and needs to be put on a regular maintenance schedule. Every year we start asking for this in October and every year it takes until April to actually get done and still never makes it onto anybody's regular list. I am the nearest neighbour and I mow the street frontage above and the top area so the seat doesn't get completely lost and remains useable by others but can do no more. Thanks.
