> Hi, Can you let me know who is responsible for clearing then bins in Elmwood Park, Christchurch? I attended the school annual athletics day there on 31 October 2017, and where the kids and adults seek shade an rest is a mountain of empty beer bottles. It’s a poor look for the kids sports day and for those responsible for the bins. Cheers, Mark Doyle
