> A man is freedom camping directly outside our house. Number Plate YO3131. My next door neighbour’s house (46 Perry) is being renovated, so is uninhabited with builders equipment. I have 4 young children here who are a bit worried about this man. I knocked on the window (all blacked out) and asked if he intended to stay the night here. He didn’t answer just babbled in about getting his dog from the pound today.
