> Large pothole & smaller pothole in carpark fronting the new Bishopdale library. These have been there for some months & it is surprising that in a general inspection of the surroundings prior to the opening of the new library that they were not noted & repaired. As a retired senior roading engineer of CCC I’m not very impressed with maintenance standards. Graeme Wilson
