> At the end of Cornwall rd, where there is the turn off to Endeavour place, contractors working on the pipe line leading to the reservoir have removed the previous fence/bollards. Vehicular access is now open to all to use, and we have had campers using the area, camp fire set up which is a fire hazard in summer, quad bikes, rubbish dumped and late night use. Can the fence/bollards be reinstated so that only walkers and service vehicles use the road? Please contact me on 027 705 4450 to discuss if you need more information.
