> Driver parked car and trailer on Papanui Parallel Cycleway. Further to this a passenger opened car door further reducing space. I was biking with my children (they were following me). Another bike rider on the other side of the car was forced to bike on the footpath. This occurred at 17 Grassmare Street at a time of about 1:30pm on 19/11/2017. Please note, this was also posted on the CCC Facebook visitor page to raise awareness of the problem (which unfortunately is reasonably common).
